ExMixedFolders vs. OLMixedFolders

Both, ExMixedFolders and OLMixedFolders can synchronize your Exchange folders and they have quite similar tasks.

OLMixedFolders is an Outlook Add-In, which means that it will only run if Outlook is started. It's not recommended to use if your are mobile, most of the time. ExMixedFolders is a service for your Exchange-Server or your Exchange Online, which runs in the background all the time.
