How to sync global address lists with your mailbox in order to access it on your mobile?

Go to Add-In-Options for OLMixedFolders. You will find it in Outlook 2010 by File=>Options=>Add-Ins=>Add-In-Options=>OLMixedFolders. In Outlook 2000 - 2007 you can find it by clicking on Extras=>Options=>OLMixedFolders. Now you can select the folder you want to sync. These folders are then as subfolders in your mailbox.
