Synchronise main category list from Outlook/Exchange

Use the same categories throughout the company, departments or teams.

With ExMixedFolders you synchronise your main category list with other participants or make a list available centrally.

You can provide the central list in addition to the categories already used by the user or also overwrite their categories.

You can manage the source list in a central mailbox or from a category file (xml) that you edit centrally with the category editor. The categories are distributed cyclically in the background.
